  • Preparing Long-Term Development Plans (IDPs) whether on Technical or Leadership tracks in order to set clear career progression routes of employees & upskill them in emerging technologies fields.

  • Developing an annual learning strategy built on the best practices and benchmarking with global and local well-performing organizations.

  • Maintaining the learning database and dashboard that help the business top management to track the development progress in order to make better decision making for their divisions.
